Malcolm had been hospitalized after taking a hit from a puck to the larynx. Scary stuff. Get well soon, Malcolm!
It should surprise no one to hear that goaltender Jeremy Smith (who had been assigned to the Iowa Wild) was recalled to Providence on Sunday.
Joonas Kemppainen was recalled to Boston on Friday. He’ll be available to play against the Minnesota Wild.
