There’s no rivlary between these two teams. And thankfully, we’re not going to have a TOI tracker for a player from each team. Yes, tonight’s game will be broadcast by our good buddies Jack and Brick on NESN. I never thought I would be so thankful for a NESN ‘cast than I was after the Sunday NBCSNQBDGTEONYKA on NBC.
Does anyone know what’s going on with Matt Beleskey? Is he injured or nursing an old injury? Is he on the trading block? At any rate he’s not in the lineup tonight.
Colin “Chiller” Miller is back in and John-Michael Liles is out according to the official Bruins Twitter.
Lineup updates from Bruce Cassidy: Colin Miller back in for John-Michael Liles on the blue line, Tuukka Rask in net.

“You can’t do that! Number 86, Boston, 2 minutes”
My two cents on the hit:
While it didn’t look like Miller targeted the head, his shoulder almost went through Burmistrov’s head. 5 and a game was a solid call. If Miller returns to that game, all hell breaks loose. Smart call.
I don’t know that he earned that kind of discipline with that hit, BUT it’s a good preventative measure for sure.
I couldn’t find anything wrong with the hit prior to impact but:
..that is the mitigating factor that keeps me from complaining about the call.
Yeah.
Hey Pals! Bruins are looking great tonight, except during those times where they were playing like shite. Marchand is absolutely on fire!!!!
Heya!
Woooow
Habs are trading Desharnais to Oilers. And have to retain 20% of his salary.
And I just went on a whole discussion on how it made sense the Jordie Benn trade pushed him off the roster — thinking I was talking about Beaulieu.
I need to drink more to have an excuse for extended brainfarts like that.
You certainly can drink more!
I cannot believe that was Nash’s first NHL SH goal.
That seems weird given his game.
If only it were the National Association of Hockey (NAsH)
Perfection by Patrice!
I didn’t realize Burmistrov was waived. That seems weird.

Penalty seems harsh, but there’s always perception to worry about.
