It’s Memorial Cup time! After the P-Bruins picked up Zach Senyshyn and Jesse Gabrielle from their respective junior teams, the Bruins are down to one player left playing in the junior leagues: Jakub Zboril. Winners of the Presidents Cup in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League, the Saint John Sea Dogs are the Q’s representative to the tournament this year.

For those who don’t know, the Memorial Cup is the top tier tournament for the CHL. The winners from each league plus the host city compete in a round robin tournament to win it all. Last years winners, the OHL’s London Knights, didn’t get the chance to repeat this year, as the four teams competing this year are the Sea Dogs, Erie Otters (OHL), Seattle Thunderbirds, and the hose city Windsor Spitfires.

Currently, the Sea Dogs are down 0-1, losing to Windsor 3-2 on Friday. They resume play tonight, at 7pm EST. How was everyones weekend?

I can forgive you if you don't like Rask. I can't forgive you if you think he's garbage. You're wrong
