The Bruins are at home, at last, taking on the Devils!
After four games, the Bruins are at 3-1, which is good for 2nd place in the Atlantic. This puts the Bruins behind Buffalo, Carolina & Edmonton, who are all still undefeated.
Yeah, Buffalo (4-0), Carolina (5-0) & Edmonton (5-0).
Well, it’s early in the season.
The Bruins will be spending their first pregame in the fancy new locker room, and you’ll note that the spoked-B which normally adorns the floor now takes the form of a giant ceiling lamp.

Wacky.
What will be the lineup tonight?
Looking increasingly ready, the Bruins are working through their injuries.
Defensemen Kevan Miller and John Moore are still on Injured Reserve and Long-term Injured Reserve respectively, providing playing time for Matt Grzelcyk and Connor Clifton.
Brett Richie will be in in place of David Backes at 3rd line RW. Joakim Nordstrom returned vs Colorado, and is expected to play tonight.
Tuukka Rask will be in goal.

The Devils are off to a slow start with a record of 0-2-2. Considering how well the AHL Bruins fared against them in preseason, this is not shocking. They made a couple of notable acquisitions in the off-season. Right wing Wayne Simmonds (formerly of Philly) and D-man P.K. Subban (formerly of Vegas, Nashville & Montreal) are now Devils, and will suit up tonight.
Defenseman Andy Greene was just put on IR, so Matt Tennyson was called up from the Binghamton Devils, however, he will not suit up tonight.

I would like to a giant Bruins spoked B lamp on my bedroom ceiling.
I feel like the lamp should make an annoying buzzing sound, like a prop in a David Lynch movie.
Hey guys!
I was supposed to go to the Pride home opener, but I blew it, so here I be!
Check out them guitar riffs!
Whooo!
