So we went to a show last night and returned later than we expected.
Then I had to take care of Boomer’s various needs (meatballs (with pills), ice cream (frozen pumpkin) and bedtime routine (he must be tucked in and have his belly rubbed)) . By the time I did all of that, I realised I had nothing for today. So maybe we can kind of air our various grievances with the team, the league, and life in general. Think of it as preparing for Festivus.

Nugget is now pretty much 24/7 in front of the Rinnai. While it is adorable it does mean she doesn’t hang out with mom as much. Boo!
She doesn’t understand that mom is a heat source of her own.
We are anxiously awaiting a propane bill.

Made one of my greatest ever charity shop finds this morning – a pair of black Levi’s 501s that look like theyve never been worn! The legs are 2 inches too long, but Sonia is a whiz at adjustments, lucky for me.
Nice! I love hemming. It’s easy to do and so satisfying to do. Even for stretchy material, just use a different stitch.
I wonder if this wacky schedule with back-to-backs and 5 days rest contributes to the team looking worse than they should. But I also think they have a huge Krejci sized hole in the lineup.
