With the Bruins not playing a game until 2022, it should come as no surprise that the Boston Bruins are using this week as a bit of a mini training camp. Since they’ve had 10 players in the Covid protocol, those players need to ease back into training and practice as they recover and test negative for active infection. Taylor Hall is the latest player to return from Covid.

Oskar Steen also seems to have left the protocol and was assigned back to Providence.

Patrice Bergeron spoke with the media via Zoom about his illness.

The team is slowly getting back together. Sadly, the captain no longer needs to wear the fishbowl.

Morning all. Finished The People vs OJ Simpson last night. I really liked it. John Travolta as Robert Shapiro didn’t really work for me but Courtney B. Vance, Sterling K. Brown, and Sarah Paulson all knocked it out of the park. And I was never a Friends watcher so never knew much about David Schwimmer’s acting but he was really good as Robert Kardashian.

I enjoyed that. The follow-up series about the Versace murder was good too.

And for a different spin on true crime, Only Murders In The Building on Disney plus is also worth a look.

Good morning!
No games til next year? That stinks. Sometimes those mini camps are really good for a team. Maybe this will be one of those times.
Jo and I are working on a murder mystery jigsaw puzzle. First of all, no picture to go by. There’s a short story that goes with the puzzle. Read the story, complete the puzzle, solve the crime. We put Midsomer Murders on the tv for atmosphere.. One thing I’ve learned… Puerto Rico is not the murder capitol of the world. The Cotswolds are! More murder per capita then Mogadishu!

Oh, I remember my parents doing those type of puzzles when I was a kid. Looked like a good bit of fun.

Yep, the Cotswolds is a lovely part of the world. Shame about all the psychos!

Haha! I like Elvis Costello but I don’t know that song. His autobiography is worth a read.

I should check that out. I used to listen to his stuff a lot. Saw him a few times in concert. Good shows.

At the coffee shop I work at for extra cash we have a jigsaw puzzle out for customers to work on while they wait for their orders! Customers love it!
