The Boston Bruins players, siblings, and staff have packed up and moved on to Nashville, aka the Music City. One player who has already taken up the offer of playing some music is Jeremy Swayman, playing a sweet vintage Fender Telecaster.

Craig Smith was known to play with friends when he lived there so no doubt he was hanging with them.
Tonight’s game will be the first matchup between the Predators and the Bruins this season. While the B’s have been barnburners, the Preds have been having a season. Currently they are out of the playoff structure with a few games in hand on those above them in the wild card spots but they’ll likely miss the playoffs this season. Both teams have similar records in their last 10: Nashville 6-4-0 and Boston 6-3-1 so anything could happen.
Hopefully the siblings will spur another win.
Morning all.
Cohost and I almost hit a deer on the way home from the radio station. She was trying to avoid us. Except her idea of avoiding us was by heading in the same direction we were swerving to avoid her!
I’ve had three deer accidents. Each time the deer ran into my car
Deer have remarkably poor instincts regarding avoiding traffic. They stop in places where it is difficult to avoid them, jump into traffic at the last possible moment, and are at least as likely to turn into a cars path as away from it.
I tend to enjoy watching the Preds, am looking forward to tonight’s game. Tuesday’s Bruins game made me feel good about the team again. (Start the game on time, match your opponent’s intensity, don’t make brain-dead penalties, etc. makes for good hockey and good prospects for victory. Yay!)
Had a low-key Valentine’s Day. I picked up some roses for my lady love, and we ordered a heart-shaped pizza.
Unfortunately, cut roses wilt fairly quickly, and I picked them up on Saturday or Sunday (plus whatever time they were in the store) so several of them are already droopy. Perhaps we will watch our favorite V-Day movie this weekend – Deadpool.
Good morning,
Smash Nashville! On paper, they’re a good team… in reality, meh.
Beautiful day yesterday, but windy a. f. Added a few strokes to our game. Great to be outside in a tee shirt. Also, being wary of them english, we ate at the Market Wagon, an Amish farm market in South Shaftsbury. I kid you not.
Working today and i don’t want to work. Hurt my back cutting and splitting wood yesterday and i would like to lay in the fetal position all day today.
