Scoreless third. Bruins killed off two penalties in the waning minutes of the third period. The spirit is willing…
BRUINS YOU WIN THIS GAME!
After two periods of play in which the Bruins for the most part looked lackluster after having lost second-line center David Krejci, the Bruins have managed to tie up the game with goals by Pasta and new guy Sean Kuraly.
Don’t let up on the gas, boys.
IT’S WINNING TIME, BOYS!
This is a must win game.
No more room for error.
Time to rise up, Bruins. Continue reading
That game last night. Can’t really criticise the officiating other than a cross-check by a Senators player on Chara. The Bruins had a goal that was called back upon review because the zone entry some minute before was offside. It’s a dumb rule no one likes that was enforced.
I have no more to say on it. This series has been long and sad. I kind of want it all to end on Friday night.
Noted Bruins frienemy No Goal has returned to teh Garden. No Goal reared his ugly head after a play in which Charlie McAvoy slapped a one-timer on goal with Noel Acciari providing a helpful deflection to seal the deal. However, a review showed that Acciari was offside some 5 minutes prior to the goal so it was rolled back.
The score is Bruins goose egg-goose egg.
Well, that was a period of play. Plenty of missed opportunities and stupid saves by Craig Anderson. He didn’t get our memo for him to just allow all the goals.
Stop making this so hard, Senators.
