A perfect goal by a perfect man.
Tonight the Bruins take on the (gulp) Washington Capitals. The Caps are on pace to end the season with 589 points while the Bruins are showing a glimmer of hope that they A) like playing at home and B) can compete against playoff teams.
So, it’s 2-1 Bruins on a Marchand goal in the Vulnerable Minute™ of Period 1 and a perfect goal by St. Patrice in the opening minutes.
Let’s hope that PK shores up for the rest of the game. Or that there won’t be a need for it.
Guess who’s coming to town? The team to hate from a city whose hotdogs and pizza are morally reprehensible, the Chicago Blackhawks, will be visiting the Garden tonight. Puck drops at 7.
Nope. No. Zero 2nd period sir.
A goal by Landon “Billy Dee Williams” Ferraro puts the Bruins up 1-0. Liking that Acciari is getting PK time in his first NHL game too.
How we all doin so far?
Marchand, layin’ down on the job as always
The Boston Bruins (34-23-6 74pts) take on the Calgary
Hamiltons Flames (26-32-4 56pts) tonight at the TD garden, their second match up of the season. Calgary has lost 5 straight games and 2-7-1 in their last 10. Bruins are 6-4-0 in their last 10 and are looking to rebound from the 4-1 beating from Tampa, boy does that all sound familiar huh?
